Probably the easiest of all the cookies, and it just crumbles and melts in your mouth. Delicious.
Bakers please note that butter cookies are soft when still warm, but will harden when cold.
Makes approximately 100
185 grams of sugar
240 grams of flour
60 grams of confection sugar
Cut the butter into smaller pieces and mix with the flour.
Add the confection sugar and quickly mix it into the dough.
Roll the dough into two thick sausages and leave in the fridge for about 1 hour.
Slice very thin and place on a baking tray.
Bake at 200 C for 5-6 min
Add 50 grams of finely chopped almonds and slice the cookies a bit thicker.
Add 50 grams of finely chopped cold nougat and slice the cookies a bit thicker.
Add 25 grams of finely chopped chocolate and 25 grams of orange zest. Slice them a bit thicker.
