So in my last post of 2019 (damn that feels so weird to write) I talked about my goals for my blog. But those aren’t the only goals I have, so today I wanna talk about what I want to get out of 2020.
2019 was a fairly bad reading year for me, so I really wanted to get some more books in this 2020. Luckily my boyfriend had the same goal, so we’re starting ur own little bookclub. Since we have pretty different taste in books and have to try and find a middle ground this also push both of us to read new things which is gonna be awesome.
So, I already started this 2019, but 2020 is the year where I’m gonna smash my goals. And for once I’m not thinking meh when thinking about getting healthy. I’m so ready for this.
Get a new apartment
This is mostly a waiting game, but last year I signed up for a bunch of apartments and I’m number 4 on the one I really really want. Now I just have to wait and cross my fingers. Getting a new apartment is gonna be such a game changer and I can’t wait.
Start a savings account
After my divorce my economy have been very tight, and having an savings account haven’t been an option. I’m hoping that with my new job I can finally start building a real savings account.
Cut down on meat
I already did this the last months of 2019 and I wanna do it even more in 2020. So prepare for some delicious cool recipes for meatless dinners this year.
I want to put an hour away for myself every week. And I don’t mean an hour of browsing the net. I want an hour every week to just relax. Meditate, do a face mask, put on nail polish. One hour of self pampering without feeling guilty.
Be more creative
I’m a super creative person, but 2019 was such a bad year for my creativity. So for 2020 I plan on being more creative and take the time to relax with what I love.
Get rid of clutter
I started this process in 2019, but I want to finish it in 2020. I have so much weird stuff that is taking up space but that I never use. I plan on selling what I can and donating the rest. Maybe my stress inducing clutter can bring someone else joy and happiness.
Start doing yoga
I’m not 20 anymore and I have to realize that my body just can’t do what it used to. So in the hopes of helping a body that got more problems than what’s fair, I’m gonna start doing some yoga.
I talked about a savings account earlier. Well, I also wanna start budgeting better. Some months I feel like my money just disappear between my hands, so I’m gonna make a budget to track exactly where my money go. On top of this, is being better to use what is in the fridge, and avoid those impulse purchases.
