This year I’m trying to get better at using my instagram. I wrote a post about claiming my instagram last year (you can read it here) but claiming it isn’t enough. It’s all about being consistent, and make it an extention of my blog. Part of that is using the right hashtags, for the right kind of posts.
So here’s some of the hashtags I’ve found, that fits five of my posting topics + some nice general ones for bloggers.

I love these. I struggle on Instagram if I’m honest. I find a picture, write the caption and then my mind goes blank on the hashtags.
I’ve made a note of some I think will be suitable. Thank you x

One tip is to make a word replacement in your phones keyboard. I have #insta on my phone with my most used general blogging hashtags and then I can add more specialized tags after 😊

I have a few different “groups” of hashtags saved on my phone that I can easily put into an instagram post. That way I always have some basic ones to use and I can then add more specific if I want to

No I have them set as keyboard shortcuts on my phone. So say #insta1 #instafood and so on so I don’t have to type it out or copy paste 😊
