January is coming to an end, and what a start of 2020 it’s been.
I was sick until the 12th so had to call into work that first week. And can I just say that calling in sick is one of the things I hate the most. I work for a small family owned company so if someone is sick everyone have to work harder. And then to top it off with it being the first week of January and I felt guilty even with fever and coughing and chest pain. I finally got well enough to go back to work, but the coughing is stubborn and is sticking around even if the doc can find no infection in my body.
So I had a bit of a slow start in January since I was sick, but then it picked up. I managed to plan a full 6 months and have scheduled my blogposts until the middle of March.
It feels amazing having all this planned and all the work done and I’m already starting to add posts to the last half of the year.
So December was sooo bad. It started out well enough and then around the 20th when I went to my parents everything went down hill and I basically put on every kg I had lost in 2019.
So January was the perfect time to start over, except sick. But I have been keeping to my diet since the 13th and even though my weight isn’t showing a lot, I can feel how much my body enjoys being back on the healthy track.
January start weight: 87,3 kg
January end weight: 85,3 kg

– lose 2 kg
– write are least 10 blogposts
– get outside more
– start doing yoga three times a week
